Right Now

Hey there my friend. This page (Right Now) serves as a quick hit — a look at some of the intricacies of life a portfolio can not quite convey. You will find what I’m focused on, what challenges are being addressed, and what is engaging my interests. Inspired by Derek Sivers.

Across the country (twice)

After securing a Design Lead role with Thesis, my little family and I relocated to Portland, OR and a shuttered city. We arrived in late July, settled in Beaverton (the burbs) for a little over 2 months, and then the fires came. Though the Beaverton area was not directly impacted by the fire, the smoke became a massive problem. Our old and apparently leaky townhouse began filling with smoke, making the living situation untenable. So, we headed back to GA. Currently working remotely from the in-laws. A wild ride, but ultimately a very clarifying experience.

29029 Site Redesign

I designed the new 29029 website over the last quarter and it has recently launched (currently a bit wonky).

Working w/ Ritesh Gupta

Ritesh and I met in 2019 at the Brand New Conference where we both spoke. I can’t specify the working relationship, but he is a smart man with a dope idea. Happy to be a part of the process. More soon.
